Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1)

Candidates must have:

Registered General Nurse or eligible for registration with NMBI.
At least 5 years post registration experience.
Possess well-developed interpersonal and effective organisational skills and be able to demonstrate a high standard of communication skills.
Previous Managerial Experience is desirable.
Qualification in Management is desirable.
Motivation and have ability to work well in challenging and complex situations.
Experience in a Palliative Care/Oncology/Haematology is essential.
